Stella McCartney Gives Birth - Stella McCartney has her own little miracle to rejoice in this Christmas season -- her newborn baby daughter Reiley.

A rep for Stella McCartney confirmed the designer has indeed given birth to her and husband Alasdhair Willis' fourth child in a London hospital. The rep confirmed to UsMagazine.com that baby Reiley made her way into the world on November 23, weighing in at a solid 8 pounds.

The hot mama designer can now trade in the maternity chic clothes she's been covering up in for a more suitable wardrobe -- pajamas.

Stella McCartney won't be seeing much of a break anytime soon unless it's for a quick nap with her new addition to an already full house. London's famous daughter of Paul McCartney is welcoming Reiley into the brood that already includes son Miller, 5, daughter Bailey, 3, and little man Becket, 2.

The couple, who have been married since 2003, will sure have their hands full, but in February Stella McCartney was excited at the prospect of more kids. She gushed to the UK Evening Standard, "I'm kind of interested in having more children. Though right now I feel I've only just stopped having them, so I'm ready to have a bit of a break first."
