Lily Allen Engaged - Lily Allen is reportedly engaged to her longtime boyfriend Sam Cooper. The Daily Mirror reports Cooper proposed on Christmas Day while they vacationed in Bali. An insider says Allen “burst into tears” when Cooper popped the question. Allen, 25, has not commented on the reports. She and Cooper were expecting a child in January, but Allen suffered a miscarriage in October. It was the second time the singer had a miscarriage. During her relationship with Chemical Brothers musician Ed Simons in 2008 she lost a baby. Allen began dating Cooper July 2009. Lily Allen Engaged
