Kanye West Sued Attack Photographer - A Manhattan photographer claims he was "assaulted, battered, beat and threatened" by the temperamental rap titan and his security personnel, the New York Post reported yesterday. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Michael Vazquez says the incident happened nearly three years ago, when the Gold Digger rapper performed at Guastavino's restaurant. Vazquez was there "as an invitee to film, photograph and report" on the May 14, 2008 event, a party to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Casio's G-Shock watch, the suit said. West, who was reportedly paid $1 million for the gig, made the show a memorable one, backed up by four topless dancers wearing space helmets.
