Stephen Baldwin Sues Kevin Costner - Stephen Baldwin ("The Usual Suspects") filed a federal lawsuit in New Orleans on Wednesday against Kevin Costner over their investments in a device that BP used during the cleanup of the massive Gulf of Mexico oil spill, according to the Associated Press. Baldwin and his friend Spyridon Contogouris said in the suit they owned 10% of the company Ocean Therapy Solutions, which marketed and manufactured a centrifugal device to separate oil from water. The Disney Channel star, 18, allegedly punched Alex Welch, 21, after tour managers confronted Lovato about her behavior on the tour. Donald Karpel, who represents Welch, told Access Hollywood, "There is a settlement and all of the issues have been amicably and completely resolved." Demi Lovato Reaches Settlement "I'm happy.
