The 2-minute and 36-second long clip shows the singer inhaling from a bong as a friend captures it all on tape and others sit nearby. According to the gossip site's sources, the drug was Salvia, a plant known for its hallucinogenic effects. Cyrus was reportedly hosting a party at her home in Los Angeles, where Salvia is legal, just five days after she turned 18 on Nov 23.
