Lindsay Lohan Assault Rehab - Just weeks away from completing her court-ordered stay at the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan is being investigated by police after allegedly assaulting a female employee at the clinic. Palm Desert police conducted a battery investigation at the scene at about 1 a.m. on December 12. "The victim desired prosecution," says Sgt. Joe Borja of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. "The incident is being investigated as a misdemeanor." A source close to Lohan, 24, says the actress denies pushing the woman first.
