Snow Causes School Delays - Overnight snow with forecasts of more to come were slowing the morning commute Monday and causing school delays and closings across the region. The Pittsburgh Public Schools were among the districts operating on a 2-hour delay. Others, such as Albert Gallatin and Laurel Highlands in Fayette County, are closed for the day.
