iPad Mossberg Best of 2010 - Wall Street Journal columnist Walt Mossberg weighed in Monday with his picks for the best and worst tech products of 2010, with Apple products dominating his "best of" lists. Mossberg's favorite product of the year was the Apple iPad, followed by 4G wireless networks and a third-place tie between the Samsung Galaxy S and Apple iPhone 4. On the worst list were the Dell Streak, Google TV, and the TiVo Premiere. Did PCMag analysts agree with Mossberg this year? iPad Mossberg Best of 2010 When audio analyst Tim Gideon first got his hands on the iPad earlier this year, he too was impressed. The tablet earned 4.5 out of 5 rating and secured our Editor's Choice. Despite the lack of Flash support or a camera, the sleek design and overall experience made the iPad a must-have device. Black Friday iPad - EA is apparently all about Thanksgivings sales and their festive spirit extends to Black Friday as well. Mirror’s Edge is not so much in impulse buy iPad App Store territory as it is on Impulse Buy mountain firing signal flares and showing skin to passing helicopters at $5.99, and from what we gather the smaller but still rousing tale of intrepid free runner Faith is worth every penny. We realize you may not like golf, Tiger Woods or even games that much, but there are not a heck of a lot of cases of preemptive buyer’s remorse that aren’t completely obliterated by the watertight “It’s a dollar!” argumen...

The iPad still runs a version of iOS 3, which is the same mobile operating system that originally shipped with the iPhone 3GS and previous versions of the iPod touch. Many features that iPhone 4 users take for granted, such as multi-tasking and app folders, are simply not available on the iPad as of today. Ap...
