Val Kilmer Owes Taxes - U.S. actor Val Kilmer owes the Internal Revenue Service nearly $500,000 in unpaid federal taxes, legal documents show. Kilmer starred in the hit films "Top Gun," "Willow," "The Doors," "Batman Forever" and "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang," but in recent years has appeared mainly in supporting roles in smaller movies. The government agency previously filed a lien against the actor for $538,000 in 2009, but Kilmer has since reconciled that debt, TMZ said.
