LAPD Releases 180 Photos - In hopes of identifying other possible victims, Los Angeles police today released 180 photos -- all of women -- found at the home of a man suspected of the "Grim Sleeper" serial killings. The images of women partly or completely nude and striking sexually graphic poses were found at the home of Lonnie David Franklin Jr., who was arrested in July for allegedly killing 10 people, beginning in 1985. Franklin has pleaded not guilty to the killings. LAPD officials decided to go public with the images after months of trying to identify the women, the Los Angeles Times reports.
