Jonathan Foster Missing - The parents of Jonathan Foster, a 12-year-old boy who disappeared in Texas on Christmas Eve, are being questioned by police on Tuesday. Police have impounded the couple’s car. Jonathan Foster lives with his mother and step father in Houston at the Villa Nueva Apartments. Police found a burned child’s body in Harris County Tuesday morning that has yet to be unidentified. Police say the body is too badly burned to be identified yet. Police say a passerby discovered the body at 9:28 a.m. near East Hardy Toll Road. Officials say the body was about 3 feet tall and found in a shallow ditch between two buildings. Police believe the body was burned elsewhere and dumped here. Jonathan Foster Missing
