Justin Bieber New Haircut

Justin Bieber New Haircut - The Justin Bieber haircut has become part of his lore. Therefore, when a new Justin Bieber haircut appeared to be revealed days ago, his fans went nuts. Of course, it doesn't take much for his fans to go crazy, as they caught his fever a long time ago. Their devotion has made him and his hair famous, so any change to his style stands to make international news. However, there is no new haircut for them to talk about and imitate, as it was just brushed differently for a day.

This past Friday, the tween idol seemed to show off a fresh look at a Barnes and Noble in New York. While promoting his book, fans noticed his bangs were in the opposite direction, and speculated that he had a hair product.

The traditional haircut is both famous and infamous, as it goes all the way down to his eyebrows. Friday's style showed off a little bit more of his forehead, but it was enough to get fans riled up.

However, it may not qualify as a haircut, since it appears to have just been brushed a different way. Manager Scooter Braun denied it was a cut, as he Tweeted that Justin just "needs to shake his head." In any case, the style looked the same as always afterward, when he went to London and Spain during the weekend.

Even though there may be no new haircut, the mere appearance of one is enough to start a fire. Anything he does, or doesn't do, is major news to his fans and Internet trends lists. But for all the things he is best known for, his hair may be at the top of the list.

Contactless Debit Cards - Contactless debit cards will make their formal debut in Canada next year with the launch of Interac Flash from Acxsys Corp.’s Interac Association, Canada’s national debit network. More issuers and acquirers are on the way, an Interac spokesperson tells Digital Transactions News, though no announcements have been made yet. The spokesperson expects national merchants will be making formal announcements about acceptance. “There’s a lot of excitement in the merchant community,” she says. “Merchants are looking for that faster throughput.” In a statement, the Retail Council of Canada endorsed the new card. “Interac Flash is a welcome and needed ...

Homes Losing Value Fastest

Homes Losing Value Fastest - Homeowners with Citigroup loans in foreclosure-rich Virginia Beach, Va., and Orlando, Fla., are in luck. The mortgage giant announced today that it will impose a moratorium on most foreclosures and modify $20 billion in mortgages to enable homeowners who are not behind on their loans, but in danger of falling behind, to avoid foreclosure. Those that don't fall under the plan? They're in hot water. Well, underwater. Virginia Beach homeowners who bought homes this year possess a paltry 5.2% of home equity, and 34.5% owe more on their property than it's worth, according to Zillow.com, a real estate research group. That's the worst rate in the country. Even in Orlando and Miami, two cities hammered by bad loans and home-equity dips, only 30% and 29% of homeowners are underwater, respectively. It's a similar story in El Centro, Calif., Bakersfield, Calif., and Cumberland, Md. What's certain to follow? Foreclosures. "Negative...
