The Kardashian debit card has been terminated after being criticised for its high fees.
After less than a month in operation, Kim Kardashian - along with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe - have said while they believe the card conforms to all necessary laws and regulations, they no longer want their names associated with the pre-paid device.
A statement from the sisters' lawyer explained: "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults.
"Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."
The debit card attracted criticism from a wide range of financial commentators - including the State of Connecticut's Attorney General Richard Blumenthal - most notably for its $9.95 activation charge and $7.95 per month fees.
Meanwhile, those who had signed up to the pre-paid card would have been stung with a $1.50 charge to call customer support and a $6 fee if they decide to shut down the card.
