ACC Big Ten Challenge 2010 - The 2010 ACC Big Ten challenge is set to end tonight. Two of the nation’s foremost programs meet in Durham this evening, as top-ranked Dukes play against 6th-ranked Michigan State. This could have been a big showdown, had Michigan not gotten trapped in the Maui Invitational. As such, this game is even bigger for the Spartans, as they attempt to prove their courage.

The ceremonies underway on Monday, as Virginia swoop to an upset triumph over Minnesota. But the ACC had far less luck previous night, as merely one of their teams triumph. Though Wake Forest beat Iowa, North Carolina, Florida State, Clemson and Georgia Tech were not so blessed.
Duke has already crushed a top 5 team in Kansas State and has further motivation to deliver tonight. Preceding year at this time, their loss at Wisconsin finalized the Big Ten’s first triumph in the challenge. This time, they can help the ACC get bragging rights back and reinforce their position as No. 1.

Along with the Spartans, Ohio State is precise up there as the recent No. 2. So far North Carolina has staggered out of the gate with 3 losses and Purdue’s prospect have gone down exclusive of Robbie Hummel.
