The new installment of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" will feature Tiger Woods' reported former mistress Rachel Uchitel, reality stars Jason Wahler and Janice Dickinson, socialite Jason Davis, Keyshia Cole's mother Frankie Lons, 1970s musician Leif Garrett and actors Jeremy London and Eric Roberts.
Wahler, a 23-year-old who starred in the MTV reality show "The Hills", battles alcohol addiction in the series, following his sixth alcohol-related arrest in March, Us Weekly reported.
Wahler was sentenced in May to three years probation after pleading guilty to drunk driving and was also ordered to spend three months in an alcohol-offender program. He has gone to AA meetings in the past but later dropped out of the program, Us said.
London, who starred in the 1990s drama series "Party of Five" and the Kevin Smith movie "Mallrats", made headlines in June when he reported he was kidnapped and forced to use drugs at gunpoint. His twin brother Jason later said London had kicked an addiction to prescription medication last year and was seven months sober at the time of his kidnapping.
Dickinson, who says she is the first recorded "supermodel", is no stranger to reality shows. She was a judge on Tyra Banks' show "America's Next Top Model" and her own series, "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency" ran from 2006 to 2008.
