Man Traded Meth for Stolen Car

Man Traded Meth for Stolen Car - State Police say a man pulled over in a suspected stolen vehicle indicated he used methaphetamine to buy the car from a woman.

State Police in South Charleston told WSAZ-TV that Jerry Wayne Means admitted swapping two grams of meth for the car.

Means was pulled over on U.S. 119 on Saturday night. He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, delivery of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without a driver's license, petit larceny and grand larceny.

Means was being held Sunday at the South Central Regional Jail. A jail officer declined to give Means' age or hometown. Jail records didn't indicate whether Means had an attorney.
