Another Hollywood wedding is obviously in the works. Congrats to Seth Green, 36, for asking and Clare Grant, 30 for saying yes!

As a biography, Clare Grant was born in Memphis, Tennessee on August 23, 1979 so her age is 30. She is an actress and a model. She is the oldest of eight children. Grant has appeared in a brief role in the famouse “Walk the Line” and continues to work in the television and film industry. You can see her in the following: Walk the Line (2006), Masters of Horror: Valerie on the Stairs (2006), Happenstance (2006), Black Snake Moan (2006), Robot Chicken (2009), $5 Cover (2009), Daylight Fades (2009), and The Graves (2009). She currently resides in Los Angeles.

It is now official that Seth Green and Clare Grant will tie the knot! It is said that Green asked Grant to be his wife on New Year’s Eve. How they kept that under wraps is beyond me, but well done! Reportedly, they plan to wed later, sometime in May.

It is said that the couple went public with their engagement at the Tarina Tarantino Sephora launch party in Hollywood and exclaimed, “Yeah, we did it!”

A source close to Seth Green’s fiance noted that Tarantino is supposedly already working on a customized wedding day hairpiece, and also gifts to give to her bridesmaids.

You can see Clare in her latest indie horror film called, “The Graves”. She is currently taping “Hatchet 2″.

Seth is most-known for his role in “Austin Powers” and continues in offering his voice of Chris on “The Family Guy”.

Homes Losing Value Fastest - Homeowners with Citigroup loans in foreclosure-rich Virginia Beach, Va., and Orlando, Fla., are in luck. The mortgage giant announced today that it will impose a moratorium on most foreclosures and modify $20 billion in mortgages to enable homeowners who are not behind on their loans, but in danger of falling behind, to avoid foreclosure. Those that don't fall under the plan? They're in hot water. Well, underwater. Virginia Beach homeowners who bought homes this year possess a paltry 5.2% of home equity, and 34.5% owe more on their property than it's worth, according to Zillow.com, a real estate research group. That's the worst rate in the country. Even in Orlando and Miami, two cities hammered by bad loans and home-equity dips, only 30% and 29% of homeowners are underwater, respectively. It's a similar story in El Centro, Calif., Bakersfield, Calif., and Cumberland, Md. What's certain to follow? Foreclosures. "Negative...
