Following in the footsteps of her big sister, Lily Harvey will film her first scenes in January just after Lacey - who has played Stacey Branning for the past six years - leaves the BBC One soap as part of an explosive exit storyline.
The youngster will hit TV screens in March playing newcomer Shenice, the daughter of Kat Moon's (Jessie Wallace) new pal Martine, who will be played by Tamara Wall.
Despite having left 'EastEnders', Lacey is said to be thrilled her little sister is joining the soap.

Lily takes after Lacey, she's a star in the making.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "She loved growing up on set and is happy to still have links. She'll give Lily lots of advice and has made the older stars promise to look out for her.
However, despite having an older sister who is one of the soap's best-known stars, Lily - who lives with Lacey, their mother Bev and sister Daisy - still had to audition for the role, and wasn't fast-tracked because of her connections.
The 22-year-old actress announced her decision to leave the show in April, admitting while she felt privileged to have been part of so many "challenging" storylines, it was time to try something new.
