Hulk Hogan Marries Jennifer McDaniels - It looks like Hulk Hogan is looking more towards a permanent future with his longtime girlfriend Jennifer McDaniels by applying for a marriage license -- and any wedding in the future would be “spontaneous,” RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Hogan’s attorney David R. Houston confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the famous wrestler (real name Terry Bollea) applied for a marriage license in Florida a few days ago, but no wedding date or ceremony has been planned.

“He decided he wanted to have the marriage license in case he decided in the future he wanted to get married and if he did, it would be more of a spontaneous kind of thing,” Houston said.

“He wanted to have it in the event he did decide to go through with it. He is engaged so he felt it is the next logical step.”

Hogan has been engaged to Jennifer McDaniels, 36, since December 2009.

“When the day comes that he would get married, they would keep it very simple and spontaneous,” Houston said. “Terry is the kind of guy who’d want to get married on the beach and move forward.

Hogan and his ex-wife Linda were married for 23 years and endured a bitter court battle after Linda filed for divorce in 2007.

Man Hits Teen on Plane Over iPhone - Police say a man on a Southwest Airlines flight from Las Vegas punched a teenager who refused to turn off his iPhone as the plane approached the Boise airport. Officers arrested 68-year-old Russell E. Miller, of Boise, on suspicion of misdemeanor battery Tuesday. He has been released from jail on bond. Witnesses told police the 15-year-old was playing games and listening to music on his cell phone when flight attendants instructed passengers to turn off their electronic devices because the plane was landing. Contactless Debit Cards - Contactless debit cards will make their formal debut in Canada next year with the launch of Interac Flash from Acxsys Corp.’s Interac Association, Canada’s national debit network. Interac’s first two Flash issuers are Scotiabank and RBC Royal Bank, which will roll out their first contactless cards next summer. The first acquirer is TD Merchant Services, a unit of Toronto-Dominion Bank. More issuers and acquirers are on the way, an Interac spokesperson tells Digital Transactions News, though no announcements have been made yet. Interac and the banks tested Flash this summer at some high-volume, small-ticket merchants in downtown Toronto.
