The prosecutors are recommending that Hatch receive a jail sentence for violating the terms of his supervised release.

Hatch decided his luck would keep going and didn’t bother filing his taxes for the years 2000 and 2001.
Hatch is now facing a maximum of two years behind bars, or the remainder of his supervised-release term.
