Open the packs of Hersheys and lay across the graham crackers, making sure that the chocolate covers each graham cracker as much as possible. You don't want the chocolate to drip too much from the cracker.
Cover the chocolate bars with marshmallows and apply generously, covering the chocolate.
Place another graham cracker to form another cookie.
Place in oven at 350 degrees and cook until the marshmallows and chocolate have melted together. Be sure not to overcook.
Cool and serve.
