"I have such a structure when I'm working on Potter," Entertainment Weekly reported Watson as saying.
"I get told what time I get picked up. I get told what time I can eat, when I have time to go to the bathroom.
"Every single second of my day is not in my power."
The English actress, who appears as Hermione Granger in all eight of the fantasy films, says she reached breaking point while filming the upcoming two-part Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
"I hate to sound whiny but it's horrible," Watson said.
"This has definitely been the most intense, gruelling period of film-making I've ever done."
Watson signed on for Harry Potter And The Philospher's Stone, released in 2001, as a nine-year-old.
