He was really popped hard on a helmet-to-helmet hit by the Patriots' James Sanders and was walking wobbly while coming off the field even though he was assisted by multiple trainers. The Steelers initially called it a neck injury, but after the game coach Mike Tomlin confirmed it was a concussion. He was seen on the sidelines pleading with trainers to let him back in, but they told him "no." He didn't make a catch before exiting. Palmetto Tennis Center Will Host USTA Tournament - The Palmetto Tennis Center has been awarded a United States Tennis Association (USTA) junior national tournament for the first time in the facility's six-year history. The USTA Junior & Collegiate Competition Department recently said the Segment III National Tournament, a National Level 3 event, has been scheduled for Sept. 3-5, 2011, at the PTC. "It's going to open up a lot of other opportunities for us," said PTC director Sam Kiser when asked what hosting such a tournament means to the center. "This will open the door for us to get more Southern level and national level tournaments. "We've already had someone call showing interest in us hosting an adult and seniors tournament. It takes a pretty big facility to host Southern and national tournaments. There are only so many nice facilities large enough to do it." Giants Stadium Lights Go Out - The New Meadowland went completely dark for a few seconds in the third quarter of the Giants game against the Dallas Cowboys. Nearly 81,000 fans sat in total darkness for a few second at the Giants new $1.6 billion stadium while play was halted. Backup lights came on almost immediately, but play was held up by two brownouts for a total of 11 minutes in the Cowboys 33-20 win over the Giants. "It was kind of bizarre," Giants defensive end Justin Tuck said. "I've never been a part of anything like it and hopefully I never will again." Several banks of lights went out at 6 pm EST, just 10 seconds into the third period.
