ONE of Australia's biggest banks will axe hated penalty fees on overdrawn accounts. In a win for people power, National Australia Bank (nab.ASX:Quote,News) chief executive Cameron Clyne will unveil the dramatic step today as he tries to repair the NAB's image and win new customers. In a memo seen by the Herald Sun, bank chiefs admit the NAB has taken a battering from customers over penalty fees.
