One of Marco's tips is to plan ahead by snacking on healthy proteins and fats prior to parties. That will help curb one's appetite to prevent overeating at the party. He also suggests getting to the gym early before the rest of the day's activities, to encourage healthier behavior the rest of the day.

Borges also suggests to practice "living healthy" rather than dieting. Marco believes when people are focused on a diet they tend to feel deprived, whereas an attitude of healthy living helps people continue with their routine with more power.
